Thanks JG! Hope yours was fantastic! We did salmon rolls instead of turkey though this year, and it was delicious. I wowed everyone with my shrimp and mirliton stuffing and sweet potato pie. Not hard to do though. It just takes being from a place that has fantastic food, then moving to a place that is apparently without tastebuds. Anyway, I’m still up from a weird lengthy convo involving the Mayans and Mesopotamians. Can’t beat the holidays!
