True point on the McDonalds thing. You don’t have to eat it too.

However, my favorite example comes from the Chicago airport. There was this terrible recording with a womans voice that cycled over and over, and said, “for your health smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of the doorways”. Which is fair, and when I went outside to have a smoke during my layover, I had the privilage of watching cars pull directly up to the door and idle, while confused people stood in front of the sensors, leaving the doors wide open the whole time. It was nice and cold out, so I could actually see the car exhaust float straight through the doorway.

So, damn smokers might spit all over you if you’re in the general vicinity, but I think that if we were really honestly and truely concerned with our health, we’d start worrying about toxic and carcinogenic things that EVERYBODY is responsible for spitting on everybody else.

Just my opinion on the whole thing.
